This combination delivers a practical service life well beyond what the tile alone would imply.

Standing seam metal as an option

A small but growing number of Palm Beach Gardens homes are moving to standing seam metal where the architectural review allows it. The wind performance is excellent, the look is clean, and the lifespan is 40 to 70 years. We install standing seam from major manufacturers in colors approved by community standards.

Decking and what we sometimes find
